Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be original work not previously presented
Commercial pitches are not permitted
All presentations must include actionable takeaways
Speakers must be available for the full conference day
Presentations will be recorded and made available online
Slides must be submitted 1 week before the conference

What the form asks for:

  • • Talk title — around 60 characters reads best on a schedule
  • • Abstract — 100–600 characters. The short version that goes in the programme
  • • Description — 300–2000 characters. What the talk covers and what people leave knowing
  • • Your bio, or your job title and company — up to 1500 characters
  • • Whether you've spoken before, and whether you'd like help. First-time speakers are welcome — say so and we'll pair you with someone
  • • Optional: notes for the review committee that stay private, a co-speaker, links, and anything else we should know — equipment, scheduling constraints, accessibility needs

Counts are characters, not words. There is a live counter on the longer boxes, and you'll get an email copy of everything you submitted.
